This package is designed to give you a complete assessment of your overall wellness on an energetic, nutritional and physical level to create a balanced lifestyle. Imbalances in our lives typically begin on an energetic level and quickly take on an emotional level in the forms of depression, stress, anxiety, weight gain/loss, etc. When we do not address these imbalances, they begin to show up on a physical level and we find ourselves looking for “cures” to the symptoms which generally leads us to a less than optimal state of wellness.
